  • Als Leiter Werkzeugbau (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für den gesamten Bereich Werkzeugbau in einem etablierten Industrieunternehmen. Sie stellen sicher, dass Stanz- und Spritzgusswerkzeuge effizient gewartet, instandgesetzt und weiterentwickelt werden und sichern so die Produktionsfähigkeit auf hohem Niveau.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Werkzeugbauteams
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung aller Prozesse im Werkzeugbau
  • Organisation von Wartung, Reparatur und Optimierung von Werkzeugen
  • Sicherstellung der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Verfügbarkeit der Werkzeuge für die Produktion
  • Verantwortung für Kapazitätsplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Arbeitssicherheit im Bereich Werkzeugbau
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Instandhaltung und Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Mitwirkung bei Investitionsentscheidungen und Einführung neuer Technologien

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Werkzeugbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Werkzeugbau, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
  • Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung (m/w/d) sowie Organisationstalent
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
