Für unseren namhaften Kunden suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Leitung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • ✅Fachliche Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Steuerung der täglichen Produktionsabläufe
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Produktionsplänen und -terminen
  • Kapazitätsplanung (Personal, Maschinen, Fremdvergaben)
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Fertigstellung von Aufträgen
  • Fachliche Führung, Anleitung und Motivation der Produktions- und Arbeitsvorbereitungsmitarbeiter
  • Ansprechpartner für Produktionsmitarbeiter bei operativen Fragen
  • Überwachung, Kontrolle und Korrektur der Bestände im firmeneigenen Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Vertrieb, Lager
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Kreativität, hohe Flexibilität sowie Belastbarkeit
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Lager-, Produktions- oder Arbeitsvorbereitungsbereich
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • eigene Mobilität (PKW)
