JOB TITLE: Loan Operations Processor

REPORTS TO: Head of the Real Estate Department

DEPARTMENT: Lending

Purpose: Provide support to lending staff by processing construction draws and insurance payouts. Responsible for balancing multiple general ledger accounts. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries.

• Essential Duties:
• •Process Construction Draws and FBO Account Draws, collecting W-9 information, 1099 Reporting, producing lien waivers and coordinates with construction inspectors for inspections.
• •Process Insurance Payouts from Escrow Accounts, updates loan files with new insurance and Updates Note Ticklers
• •Monitors and Balance multiple General Ledger Accounts
• •Prepares Payoff Quotes
• •Reviews Transaction Exceptions and Note Exceptions
• •Reviews Coupon Orders
• •Prepares Adverse Actions
• •Loan Monitoring
• •Balance Private Mortgage Insurance (MGIC) Monthly and Send Annual Notices
• •Reviews Appraisals and Certified Market Analyses
• •Prepare Morning Reports
• •Customer Service - Answer Phones and Direct Walk in Customers
• •Notary Public
• •Filing
• •Reconvenances

• Computer Skills/Equipment Used:
• •General office equipment (computer, printer, fax, copy machine), scanner, adding machine, calculator.
