Logistic Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• •Coordinate domestic, international, and cross-border shipments by road, ocean, air, and courier.
• •Work with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• •Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, shortages, and customs clearance issues.
• •Prepare and coordinate shipping and import/export documentation.
• •Manage third-party warehouse operations in Hong Kong, including receiving, delivery, returns, inventory counts, and invoice review.
• •Monitor logistics suppliers’ service quality, delivery performance, responsiveness, and costs.
• •Support logistics supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation comparisons, and commercial evaluations.
• •Provide logistics solutions, cost estimates, and lead-time assessments for CCC sourcing projects.
• •Analyze logistics and warehouse costs, operational performance, and key KPIs.
• •Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
• •Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Project, Finance, and regional teams to support project deliveries and urgent logistics needs.

Qualifications and Experience

• •Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •At least two years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding, or international trade.
• •Familiarity with domestic transportation, international shipping, and customs clearance processes.
• •Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PL) is preferred.
• •Experience in a multinational company, project-based business, or the fire and security industry is an advantage.
