Regulatory & Certification Coordination

  • Coordinate with Product Safety & Compliance on local product certification and other regulatory requirements, including gathering and providing documentation for certification applications
  • Maintain visibility to certification status to ensure shipments are not delayed

Shipment Tracking & Visibility

  • Maintain accurate tracking of all inbound/outbound shipments and samples
  • Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with:

Reduce dependency on external parties for import execution

Process Improvement & Risk Mitigation

  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce clearance delays and errors
  • Standardize documentation and shipment workflows
  • Build audit-ready records and ensure consistent execution
  • Highlight risks related to compliance, delays, or cost inefficiencies

What You Bring
