You will distribute and coordinate tasks within the team, monitor progress and quality, and foster effective collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers. In this role, you focus on the efficient organization of logistics processes, the achievement of agreed-upon performance targets, and the continuous improvement of operational methods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing daily operations within the Receiving department.
  • Allocating tasks and providing support to team members in the execution of their duties.
  • Ensuring the accurate receipt, registration, inspection, and administrative processing of incoming goods.
  • Managing the proper handling of goods flows and maintaining reliable inventory records.
  • Utilizing ERP systems to record and track logistics transactions.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external parties regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and logistics bottlenecks.
  • Monitoring relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead times, delivery reliability, quality, and productivity.
  • Identifying disruptions and contributing to the resolution of operational issues.
  • Initiating and supporting improvement initiatives based on LEAN principles.

You possess a proactive attitude, focus on collaboration, and contribute to a culture centered on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
