  • Sie übernehmen die vollständige Auftragsabwicklung - von der Auftragsfreigabe über die Unterweisung der LKW-Fahrer bis hin zur Erstellung aller erforderlichen Lieferdokumente.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Frachtpartnern zusammen, disponieren LKWs und stellen sicher, dass unsere Waren termingerecht beim Kunden ankommen.
  • Sie verwalten zuverlässig und termingerecht die Buchungen von Ladungsträgern und Zeitfenstern in den jeweiligen Kundenportalen.
  • Im Backoffice behalten Sie stets den Überblick: Sie prüfen Frachtrechnungen, betreuen Palettenkonten, pflegen Frachtpreise und organisieren das Leergutmanagement.
  • Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen professionell und wickeln Retouren strukturiert sowie kundenorientiert ab.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder Disposition von Vorteil
  • Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System von Vorteil
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Für diese Position ist ein Vollzeitgehalt von EUR 2.800,00 brutto/Monat vorgesehen, abhängig von Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
