  • Eine abgeschlossene Lehre im Bereich Logistik oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bonus: Schwerpunkt Logistik)
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten & eine strukturierte Denkungsweise
  • Gute MS Office & IT Kenntnisse
  • Gute Ortskenntnisse im Raum Wien / NÖ / Bgld.
  • Kontaktfreudig, offen und wortgewandt
  • Bonus: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lebensmittel und Kühltransporten

  • Zu den konkreten Aufgaben zählen unter anderem:
  • Gesamtheitliche Kundenbetreuung (Kommunikation, Problemlösung, Auswertungen, etc.)
  • Organisatorische Lagerbetreuung
  • Datenerfassung, Monitoring und Dokumentation (zB Temperaturaufzeichnungen, Wartungspläne, Leergutverwaltung, etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei Gebäudeinstandhaltung
  • Controlling und laufende Verbesserung der hausinternen Prozesse
  • Entwicklung von Angeboten mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Urlaubsvertretung in versch. Logistik Bereichen (Disposition, Tourplanung und Einteilung, etc.)
  • Die Fakten auf einen Blick
  • 30h bis 40h/ Woche
  • Mindestbruttogehalt auf Basis Vollzeit: € 2.500,- Überzahlung nach Erfahrung & Qualifikation möglich
