suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Logistiksachbearbeiter (m/w/d )
in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit Übernahmeoption. Wir sind
gespannt auf Ihre Bewerbung! Ihre Aufgaben Verantwortung für die
Bestandskontrolle und Pflege der Lagerverwaltung Erstellung und
Bearbeitung von Liefer- und Versanddokumenten im
Warenwirtschaftssystem Abstimmung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit
Speditionen, Frachtführern und weiteren Logistikpartnern
Organisation, Terminierung und Koordination von Transport- und
Versandaufträgen Prüfung, Verwaltung und Archivierung von Liefer-,
Zoll- und Abrechnungsdokumenten Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von
Rechnungen sowie Klärung von Abweichungen Kommunikation und
Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Vertrieb und
Produktion Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung
logistischer Prozesse Das bringen Sie mit Sie verfügen über eine
abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als
Speditionskaufmann/-frau Sie bringen bereits erste Berufserfahrung im
Logistikbereich mit Sie können sich gut in Wort und Schrift auf
Deutsch und Englisch ausdrücken Eine selbständige, flexible und
verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie
aus Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen
und haben Erfahrungen im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen Ihre Vorteile
