Logistiksachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

  • Anstellungsart(en): Teilzeit - flexibel, Vollzeit
  • Arbeitszeit: 30 - 35 Stunden pro Woche

  • Für unseren Partner in Langenhagen suchen wir Dich als Logistiksachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Direktvermittlung
  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen und Exportdokumenten wie z.B. Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente, Ursprungszeugnisse, A.TR-Dokumente, etc.
  • Prüfung von Lieferbedingungen und Exportvorschriften
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Lager, Produktion und Speditionen
  • Betreuung internationaler Kunden
  • Organisation und Durchführung der Versandabwicklung
  • Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B1)
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
