Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung inklusive damit verbundener administrativer Aufgaben
  • Strukturierte Betreuung und Pflege der Zeitwirtschaft
  • Erfassung, Wartung und laufende Aktualisierung personalrelevanter Stammdaten
  • Erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeiter:innen, Führungskräfte, Betriebsrat sowie externe Institutionen und Behörden
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe im Payroll-Umfeld
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen entlang der gesamten Entgeltverrechnungskette

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung
  • Absolvierte Personalverrechnerprüfung von klarem Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Lohnverrechnungsprogrammen
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und hohes Maß an IT-Affinität
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis gepaart mit strukturierter und genauer Arbeitsweise
  • Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke sowie Eigeninitiative und Hands-on Mentalität
  • Das gebotene Gehaltspaket:
  • Jahresbruttogehalt ab EUR 52.000, - Überzahlung aufgrund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
