  • Sie arbeiten mit modernen und etablierten Lösungen im HR-Bereich:
  • IVU
  • Hansalog Vision & Hansalog PZE
  • Mega L & Mega PZE
  • Digitale Personalakten und Bewerbermanagement-Systeme

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende zu abrechnungsrelevanten Themen
  • Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und Auswertungen
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Ämtern
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Ihr Profil
  • Must-have:
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder langjähriger Einsatz im kaufmännischen Bereich?
  • Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

Nice-to-have:

  • Erfahrung mit DATEV, SAP oder vergleichbaren Abrechnungssystemen
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll
