  • Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für unsere Mitgliedsunternehmen
  • Pflege und laufende Betreuung aller lohnrelevanten Personalstammdaten
  • Erstellung gesetzlicher Meldungen und Auswertungen
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Plausibilitätsprüfungen
  • Betreuung unserer Mitgliedsbetriebe bei allen Fragen rund um die Entgeltabrechnung
  • Abstimmung mit Steuerberatern bei komplexen Sachverhalten
  • Einrichtung neuer Mandate in DATEV
  • Entwicklung digitaler Abläufe und Standards
  • Mitwirkung an Automatisierungen und Prozessverbesserungen
  • Aufbau eines professionellen und effizient arbeitenden Lohnservices für unsere Mitgliedsbetriebe
  • Eine Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r, Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter/in, Personalsachbearbeiter/in Entgeltabrechnung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • Freude daran, Prozesse mitzugestalten und als kompetente Ansprechperson mit Unternehmern und Mitarbeitern zusammenzuarbeiten
