Description

Responsibilities:
- Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to ensure production goals are met.
- Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Use tape measure and panel cutter to cut wood to specified dimensions.
- Set up and operate molding machine producing high-quality product with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of wood products.
- Basic computer skills
- Operate a palm sander
- Operate a walk-behind forklift.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or facility management.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide and fractions.
- Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skills
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Regular attendance.
- Ability to stand and or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
- Requires frequent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, turning, kneeling, reaching, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
- Work is performed primarily in-doors.
