Wir arbeiten im Landkreis Oldenburg im Bereich sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe, Erziehungsbeistandschaft und Elterntraining (Kurse).

Wir sind ein kleines starkes Team und würden uns über neue KollegInnen freuen.

Als aufsuchende Hilfe stärken wir Familien und Kinder in Konfliktlagen, bei der Entwicklung von elterlichen Kompetenzen, Behördengängen, beim gesund Erwachsen werden... und vieles mehr...

Anforderungen an neue KollegInnen:

  • PKW Führerschein
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Sprache und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Gelassenheit, Klarheit und Humor

Unsere Arbeit findet überwiegend am Nachmittag von Montag bis Freitag statt. Wochenenddienste oder Bereitschaftszeiten fallen nicht an. Wünschenswert wäre die Bereitschaft mit dem eigenen PKW (gegen Kilometergeld) zu fahren.

Die Stelle ist je nach Ihren Wünschen mit einem Stundenumfang von 12 - 30 Stunden pro Woche geeignet. Auch Berufsanfänger sind uns willkommen und werden entsprechend gefördert und unterstützt.
