Position: M365 ENTERPRISE ADMINISTRATOR/CLIENTSPEZIALIST (W/M/D) DEIN
AUFGABENPROFIL Administration und Betrieb von Windows 10/11 Enterprise
inkl. Servicing, Hardware- und Sicherheitsfeatures (TPM, Secure Boot,
VBS, Credential Guard) Verwaltung von Microsoft Intune / Endpoint
Manager (Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Remediation
Scripts) sowie GPO-basierte Client-Konfiguration Implementierung und
Betreuung von Windows Autopilot (Azure AD Join, Hybrid Join,
Pre-Provisioning) Verwaltung von Treibern, Firmware und
Windows-Updates sowie Analyse und Behebung von Update- und
Clientproblemen Administration von Microsoft 365 und Office inkl.
Deployment, Lifecycle Management, Konfiguration über Intune/GPO sowie
Add-In-Management Fehleranalyse und Support für Office-Anwendungen
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) sowie OneDrive Sync-Client
Integration und Administration von Windows-Clients in Microsoft 365 /
Entra ID (Azure AD Join, Hybrid Join, Seamless SSO) Netzwerk- und
Client-Troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, Firewall, VPN/Always On VPN)
Analyse von Windows- und Office-Logs sowie Performance- und
Stabilitätsoptimierung der Clients DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL
Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Informationstechnik oder
vergleichbare Qualifikation Zertifizierungen im Microsoft-Umfeld,
idealerweise zusätzlich ITIL Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune GPO, Cloud
Policies, AGPM Active Directory, DFS Microsoft Office 20xx/365, ODT
Windows 10/11 Folder Redirection & Offline Files Networking (DHCP,
PXE, Name Resolution, WinPE, Windows Firewall) Browser (IE11, Edge,
Chrome) Windows-Rollouts Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Patch
Management, ITSM-Tools (z. B. OTRS), Incident-, Change- und
Problem-Management Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung im Hörfunk- und
Fernsehbereich Deutschkenntnisse C1 und Englischkenntnisse B2 WIR
