Die Seniorenzentrum „Albert Schweitzer“ gGmbH ist Träger von Pflegeeinrichtungen in Herzberg, Doberlug-Kirchhain und Finsterwalde. Neben der stationären Altenhilfe der Kurzzeitpflege, Verhinderungspflege sowie Tagespflege bieten wir ebenso Häusliche Pflege im gesamten Elbe-Elster-Kreis an.

Für unseren Häuslichen Pflegedienst an allen Standorten suchen wir zum schnellstmöglichen Beginn:

Pflegefachkräfte und Pflegehelfer (m/w/d)

Wir erwarten:

  • Motivation und Spaß in der Altenpflege und in der ambulanten Versorgung
  • pflegerisches und persönliches Engagement
  • Freude bei der Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
