As a Managed Services - Treasury Finance & Accounting - Manager you will lead client support work across outsourced treasury, finance, and accounting processes, including data review, processing, quality checks, and escalation handling within our Assurance practice. As a Manager you will coach team members, guide performance, and direct work across multiple priorities while using technology, business insight, and sound judgment to support client service goals. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will manage delivery, monitor timelines, address issues, and help shape efficient process execution for treasury and finance operations.

Responsibilities

• - Leading managed service delivery workstreams across treasury and finance operations for asset and wealth management clients
• - Managing client requests, escalations, and service workflows across outsourced finance processes
• - Reviewing financial data, transaction records, and reporting outputs for completeness and accuracy
• - Overseeing quality control procedures, process documentation, and issue resolution activities
• - Coaching team members on transaction handling, workflow execution, and client service delivery
• - Coordinating work planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables across assigned engagements
• - Applying process optimization methods and digital tooling to improve service efficiency and control points
• - Analyzing operating processes to identify gaps, automation opportunities, and corrective actions
• - Monitoring service level metrics, compliance review outcomes, and quality management activities
• - Developing team capability through feedback, mentoring, and review of work products

What You Must Have

- CA / CA Inter / CMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance).

- Lead Treasury Finance Operations: Manage end-to-end treasury accounting, reporting, governance, KPIs, SLA adherence, and stakeholder communication while ensuring high-quality delivery.

- Drive Team Leadership & Process Excellence: Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, knowledge sharing, standardization, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Partner on Strategic Transformation: Support transitions, transformations, capacity planning, and control enhancement while leveraging strong knowledge of Treasury products, US GAAP, SEC reporting, and finance controllership practices.
