As a Managed Services - Treasury Finance & Accounting - Manager you will lead client support work in outsourced treasury, finance, and accounting processes, including client interaction, data review, enrichment and processing, quality control monitoring, and escalation handling within our Assurance practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior professionals, and bring business insight, technology fluency, and sound judgment to client work while keeping delivery aligned to quality, timelines, and firm values. In this role at PwC, you will manage workstreams, review deliverables, coordinate issue resolution, and help translate process improvements into more efficient service delivery for clients.

Responsibilities

• - Leading managed services workstreams across treasury and finance operations for asset and wealth management clients
• - Managing outsourced process delivery for data review, enrichment, processing, and transaction support
• - Overseeing quality control activities, validating procedures, and addressing process gaps that affect service performance
• - Coaching team members, developing individual skills, and reviewing work to build capability and consistency
• - Analyzing complex process flows to identify dependencies, control points, and opportunities for process optimization
• - Coordinating project planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables across multiple service streams
• - Resolving client queries and escalations tied to finance operations, financial document review, and service level management
• - Applying technology-enabled tools, automation, and AI-supported workflows to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency
• - Monitoring compliance review activities, corrective actions, and documentation standards across operational processes
• - Identifying opportunities to improve delivery models, strengthen controls, and support client operational goals

What You Must Have

- CA / CA Inter / CMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance).

- Treasury & Technical Accounting Expertise – 6–8 years of experience in treasury accounting, controllership, capital markets transactions, hedge accounting, investments, and US GAAP/SEC reporting.

- Strong Financial Reporting & Controls – Proven experience leading month-end close, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and driving process improvements, automation, and controls.

- Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Ability to independently resolve complex issues, mentor team members, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and work effectively across global teams and time zones.
