Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to technical hiring in BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and related renewable energy domains. The role involves end-to-end recruitment ownership, team handling, and close collaboration with business stakeholders to meet critical hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.

Handle critical technical hiring for BESS, Renewable Energy, Power Electronics, EPC, EMS, SCADA, R&D, Projects, O&M, and Corporate functions.

Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning, role requirements, and hiring priorities.

Deliver timely hiring solutions while maintaining quality of hire and cost efficiency.

Domain-Specific Hiring (BESS & Related)

Recruit for roles such as:

BESS Design & Engineering

Power Electronics

Energy Management Systems (EMS)

Battery Technologies (Li-ion, LFP, etc.)

Project Execution & Commissioning

Electrical, Mechanical, and Automation roles

Strong understanding of technical skill sets and market talent availability in the renewable energy ecosystem.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.

Allocate positions, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Provide regular feedback, training, and capability building for the TA team.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers across functions.

Coordinate with recruitment vendors, consultants, and job portals.

Negotiate fees, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with hiring standards.

Process, Compliance & Reporting

Ensure recruitment processes align with company HR policies.

Manage offer rollouts, joining coordination, background verification, and documentation.

Track and report recruitment metrics such as:

Time to Hire

Cost per Hire

Hiring Funnel Status

Support audits and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies

7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong technical hiring exposure.

Proven experience in BESS / renewable energy / power domain hiring.

Hands-on experience in team handling and leadership.

Strong understanding of technical roles and skill evaluation.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Experience in Renewable Energy, Power, EPC, or Technology-driven organizations.

Knowledge of ATS, recruitment analytics, and modern sourcing tools.
