How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Manager, Commercial Planning will join the team to be the connective tissue between our commercial teams and Finance - turning daily performance signals into the insights and actions that shape how senior leadership steers the business.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers and narrative: you'll track what's happening, explain why it's happening, and recommend what to do about it. You'll partner closely with Finance Planning to build the commercial plan, and work across Marketing, Analytics, Content, Partnerships, and Product to make sure every business case, forecast, and performance review tells a clear, decision-ready story.

The Manager, Commercial Performance & Planning will be responsible for:

  • Incorporate market trends, risks, and opportunities into financial planning and P&L management.
  • Partner with Finance to develop forecasts, scenarios, and commercial plans.
  • Assess the financial implications of market dynamics and strategic decisions.
  • Develop and evaluate business cases for new and existing commercial initiatives.
  • Analyze feasibility, scalability, risks, and expected financial impact.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead KPI tracking and ongoing business performance reporting.
  • Provide insights that connect results, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify actions to optimize growth, investment, and profitability.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • +5 years experience in similar roles. Preferred industries: Entertainment, Technology, Consulting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Digital Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work tools: Excel and Power BI required. IA tools, Airtable.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data and business dynamics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a high level of ownership, accountability, and commitment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a structured and logical approach.
  • Advanced level of English. Portuguese is a plus.

Additional Information:
