Manager - Media Marketing

Roles and Responsibilities: 

Define and own the overall media strategy across paid brand media channels for Instamart along with the media agency

Plan and execute OOH, innovation, activations and BTL campaigns

Assist in translating business objectives into integrated media plans across Digital, TV, print, OOH, radio, and emerging platforms. 

Oversee annual and quarterly media planning and budget allocation.

Ensure seamless execution of media campaigns across all platforms.Monitor performance and optimize media spends to maximize ROI and lead post-campaign analysis and insights to inform future strategies.

Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, growth, category, and insights teams.

Manage relationships with media vendors, publishers, platforms, and agency partners.

Negotiate rates, partnerships, and value-added opportunities.

Stay updated on media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.

 

Preferred Candidate: 

An experienced media professional, having worked for atleast 6-7 years in an agency/brand media team. Experience in OOH/Activations would be an advantage

Good to have experience in managing digital and traditional media planning and execution

Ability to manage large budgets and complex campaigns

Deep understanding of media metrics, attribution and ROI measurement 

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem solving skills
