Key Responsibilities

  • Manage NOC operations, staffing, and shift governance.
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management execution.
  • Lead major outage response and restoration activities.
  • Drive operational excellence, automation, and process improvements.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and customer experience metrics.
  • Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop team capability and succession planning.

Mandatory Technical Skills

  • NOC Operations Management.
  • Incident & Change Management.
  • Service Delivery Leadership.
