- - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Delivery, Studios, Analytics, and account teams to develop the SME services roadmap, pilot new solutions, and ensure strong post-sale execution and client outcomes.
- - Strengthen portfolio performance by embedding governance, codifying best practices, sharing playbooks across regions, and building scaled tools, insights, and automation to improve efficiency and time-to-value.
- - Build strong relationships with customers, fintechs, ecosystem partners, and internal stakeholders while representing SME Services through thought leadership, client engagement, and market-facing forums as appropriate.
- Qualifications:

- - Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
- - Strong execution capability, including the ability to create structure, navigate ambiguity, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
