We're looking for an experienced, well-rounded Marine Service & Warranty Technician to support our Freeman 56 models. This is a hands-on role that involves everything from troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems to performing fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, resolving warranty concerns, and supporting customers both at our facility and in the field.
The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable handling a variety of repairs. We're looking for someone with a strong marine background who can work independently, communicate well with customers, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

- Work directly with customers to identify concerns, explain repairs, and ensure issues are resolved

- Document repairs, findings, and warranty work
- Travel to customer locations to perform service and warranty repairs as needed
- Assist with sea trials, testing, and boat handling when required

- Marine electronics experience, including MFDs, radar, and stereo systems
- ABYC certification
- Boat handling experience on vessels up to 60 feet
- Experience working with larger offshore or high-performance boats
You don't need to have experience with every system listed above. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in marine repair, a willingness to learn, and the ability to tackle a wide range of challenges.
