About Vinci
Every so often, a company emerges with the technology, momentum, and ambition to change an entire industry. For the right communications leader, joining at that moment can be career-defining. Vinci is at that moment.
We're tackling one of the biggest challenges in technology: the growing gap between the complexity of the hardware the world needs and our ability to understand how it will actually work before it's built. As AI accelerates demand for more powerful chips and increasingly sophisticated electronic systems, traditional engineering tools are struggling to keep pace. It's one of the defining challenges of the AI era—and Vinci has a breakthrough solution that's already generating coverage in the technology and business press, along with engagement with leading journalists and podcasters.
We've pioneered the Physics Intelligence Platform, bringing AI-native physics computation to hardware engineering. Instead of waiting days or weeks for answers, engineers can understand the physical consequences of their designs in seconds to minutes, explore vastly more alternatives, and discover better solutions. This isn't another incremental improvement to engineering software. It's a new computational capability with the potential to transform how the world's most advanced hardware is designed.
And this isn't just a vision. Vinci's technology has been adopted across more than 40 engineering programs at some of the world's leading semiconductor and electronics companies. We've just raised a $250 million Series B at a $1.5 billion valuation, backed by some of the world's most respected investors. The technology is real, the customer adoption is real, and the market opportunity is enormous.
Now comes the opportunity to tell that story to the world.
You'll have direct access to a highly engaged executive team that understands the power of communications and wants to invest in it. You'll work with extraordinary technical talent, leading customers, strategic partners, and a growing body of evidence that gives journalists, analysts, and industry influencers something genuinely newsworthy to talk about.
This is not a place where communications waits for permission to be interesting. We're building a company that moves quickly, thinks ambitiously, and wants its communications team to do the same. You'll have the freedom to experiment, the resources to execute, and the opportunity to help establish a new category while the market is still learning its name.
If you've ever wanted to join a breakthrough technology company just as the world begins to discover it—and help shape what the world thinks about it—this is that opportunity.
Role Overview
We want to build a communications machine that punches far above its weight—and we're looking for someone with the ambition, creativity, and drive to help build it.
Not a traditional PR and social media operation. A fast-moving, AI-powered engine that turns breakthrough technology, customer successes, executive insights, and industry developments into a continuous stream of stories and conversations that shape the market.
Our ambition is to own the conversation around Physics Intelligence. To make Vinci a company journalists want to cover, podcasters want to interview, industry leaders want to engage with, and engineers want to follow. We want to move faster, experiment more boldly, and generate more influence than companies with communications teams many times our size.
You'll help orchestrate an integrated communications program spanning social media, podcasts, earned media, executive thought leadership, and original content. You'll spot stories others miss, turn complex technical ideas into compelling narratives, create moments that command attention, and amplify them across every relevant channel. Social media will be your primary arena, but your impact will extend far beyond it.
You'll build distinctive voices for Vinci and its leaders, cultivate relationships with journalists, podcasters, customers, partners, and industry influencers, and find creative ways to turn individual stories into sustained industry conversations. You'll use AI not simply to produce content faster, but to rethink how a small team can achieve extraordinary reach and influence.
This is a hands-on builder's role based in our Palo Alto office. You'll work closely with the Head of Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, our communications agency, and Content Factory, with direct access to the executives and technical experts whose ideas you'll bring to the world. We expect you to take initiative, challenge conventional approaches, experiment relentlessly, and turn great ideas into results.
Success isn't measured by how much content we publish. It's measured by how much influence we create. Vinci becomes a recognized voice in the technology conversation, our executives become sought-after thought leaders, and Physics Intelligence becomes a category the industry increasingly associates with Vinci.
Responsibilities
Build the continuous narrative. Plan and run an always-on social program across LinkedIn, X and other channels that explains why episodic, specialist-driven simulation is becoming insufficient, what has changed technologically, and why continuously available physics is a new model for engineering.
Run the executive platform. Develop the social voices of Vinci's founders and technical leaders: sourcing ideas, ghostwriting posts that sound like them, and building a cadence that makes them the people the industry turns to on the future of physics in engineering.
Amplify proof relentlessly. Turn customer outcomes, independent benchmarks, technical papers, demos and third-party validation into a steady accumulation of evidence on social, so the market encounters proof continuously rather than in isolated announcements.
Own the big moments. Lead social strategy and execution for Vinci's defining moments of the year, including major industry conferences, customer and partner announcements and product milestones, with concentrated campaigns before, during and after each one.
Activate the coalition. Help build and engage a network of customers, partners, analysts, researchers and independent technical experts who explain and validate Vinci's ideas in their own voices, and make it easy for them to do so.
Make engineers the audience, not the target. Develop content formats technical readers want to engage with: visual explainers, benchmark breakdowns, demo clips, before-and-after stories and plain-language takes on hard physics problems, produced with our design, video and Content Factory partners.
Grow and measure the audience. Set the social goals that ladder up to Vinci's awareness and market-perception objectives, build the reporting that shows what is working, and improve continuously based on what the data says.
Build the social operating system. Establish the workflows, tooling, approvals and AI-assisted production that let a small team publish at a volume and quality that would otherwise require a much larger one.
Protect the voice. Be the guardian of how Vinci sounds in public: confident, technical, readable and credible, with every post translating a capability into what it enables for the reader.
Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications)
Experience running social media for a B2B technology company, with hands-on ownership of strategy, content and execution across LinkedIn and X at minimum. You have built and run programs yourself, not only managed agencies.
A portfolio that proves you can make complex technical ideas clear and compelling without stripping out what makes them important. Writing is the core of this job.
Experience ghostwriting for executives and technical leaders, with a track record of capturing a real person's voice rather than a corporate one.
Comfort with technical audiences. You have marketed to engineers, developers, scientists or similarly skeptical buy
