About Artefact

Artefact is a global consulting and technology company that helps organisations accelerate data and AI-driven transformation. In the UK, we work with leading clients across industries, supported by a strong senior leadership team and a growing market presence.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, organised Marketing Manager to own Artefact UK's day-to-day marketing delivery. You will run our LinkedIn presence, deliver high-quality client events, manage the marketing budget, and support the UK CEO on PR, PPC and SEO. You will also organise our key employee events and contribute to global marketing reporting. You will work closely with the UK CEO and Lead Partners, with a dotted line to the Global Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn and digital

Manage Artefact UK's LinkedIn company page, including content planning, publishing and community engagement.

Plan, run and optimise LinkedIn advertising campaigns, tracking performance against clear objectives.

Support the CEO in managing internal PPC and SEO outcomes, monitoring performance and recommending improvements.

Events

Support Lead Partners in delivering client events such as industry breakfasts and CEO dinners.

Manage end-to-end logistics: venue hire, invitations and communications, printing, catering and on-the-day coordination.

Track attendance, follow-up and outcomes to show the value of each event.

Identify external AI and industry events the company can participate in, and secure stage speaking slots for Artefact UK leaders.

Awards

Identify relevant industry and data awards to nominate the company for.

Manage the full nomination process, including drafting submissions, gathering client and project input, and coordinating internally to meet deadlines.

PR and external agencies

Support the CEO in managing the external PR agency, including briefing, coordinating timelines and tracking coverage.

Budget and reporting

Maintain and report on the marketing budget, split by industry and central pot, flagging variances early.

Support global reporting requirements and liaise with the Global Marketing Lead to ensure UK activity is aligned and visible.

Employee events and communications

Organise key company events, such as the summer and Christmas parties, from venue and supplier selection to budget and logistics.

Manage internal communications around these events.

About You

3-5 years' experience in a marketing role, with experience in a professional services, consulting or SaaS business being a must.

Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn company pages and running LinkedIn advertising campaigns.

Proven experience organising corporate events, including venue, supplier and catering management.

Confident managing and reporting on budgets, with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Working knowledge of PPC and SEO, and experience working with external agencies, is a plus.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Able to work independently, prioritise across several workstreams and work comfortably with senior stakeholders, including partners and the CEO.

Comfortable working with a global team and contributing to cross-country reporting.

What We Offer

Close exposure to the UK CEO and Lead Partners, with real ownership from day one.

A varied role spanning digital, events, PR and reporting.

Hybrid working, based in London.

A collaborative culture within an international group.

Artefact is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all backgrounds.
