Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of high performing Marketing Specialists in India, ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing support and exceptional client service to internal stakeholders.
  • Establish team goals aligned with business priorities, oversee performance management, and drive capability-building initiatives to enhance team skills, effectiveness, and career development.
  • Oversee resource allocation, balancing workload, and capacity planning across projects, campaigns, and business priorities, proactively managing seasonality, competing demands, and delivery risks.
  • Establish quality standards, governance processes, best practices, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement across deliverables.
  • Develop and present performance, capacity, and business review reports to leadership, providing actionable insights and ensuring alignment across India and global marketing teams.
  • Drive innovation, automation, and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality across marketing and client experience support functions.
  • Support GTM Directors to plan and deliver marketing strategies and integrated campaigns across channels (though leadership, events, sponsorships, advertising, digital platforms).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and lead the development and promotion of industry-focused content and thought leadership materials, such as white papers, articles and case studies.
  • Drive the execution of multi-channel demand generation and client engagement campaigns for selected services and industries, ensuring alignment with firm brand standards, strategic priorities, and measurable business outcomes. Support market intelligence team in conducting market and prospect research.
  • Monitor, analyses, and report on campaign performance, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies (including AI-enabled marketing capabilities) to optimize effectiveness, improve ROI, and support lead generation and revenue growth. Coordinate market intelligence research project backlog and operations analyst coverage with Operations manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related resource management, project/workflow management, and/or sales and marketing experience; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading performing teams. Experience in public accounting or professional services environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to direct, manage, and provide constructive input on the work of others.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and manage others.
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm.
  • Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions.
  • Experience working with global, diverse teams and effectively navigating cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Good understanding of marketing automation and digital marketing technologies preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and M365 products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint).
