  • Lead complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution, establishing clear governance for timelines, risks, approvals, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and reporting.
  • Apply sound brand and marketing judgment to shape consumer, partner, and experiential programs, ensuring that positioning, messaging, and execution quality consistently support Visa’s business priorities.
  • Influence and align internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, Consulting, Client Marketing, and other functions to secure support and enable effective decision-making.
  • Build and manage strong partner and agency relationships, overseeing campaign assets, approvals, deliverables, and high-quality execution across creative, media, digital, event, and promotional workstreams.
  • Manage assigned budgets and contra investments with disciplined forecasting, governance, and compliance; establish clear KPIs; and use performance insights to optimize business impact, marketing effectiveness, and return on investment.
  • Improve marketing operations through streamlined processes and the responsible use of automation, generative AI, and productivity tools.
