The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the MCS Water team by executing marketing operations programs that drive customer engagement, demand generation, lead management, and sales enablement. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, and business leaders to optimize marketing technology, maintain data integrity, and deliver insights that support business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and maintain customer, distributor, partner, and contact data within Marketo, Salesforce, and related systems.
  • Support lead generation, customer segmentation, account targeting, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Build and optimize Marketo landing pages, forms, email campaigns, nurture programs, and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Manage lead routing and lead flow processes between Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs through campaign execution, audience management, and reporting.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to analyze campaign performance, lead quality, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Maintain partner documentation, distributor agreements, and sales support tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and marketing effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, marketing automation, CRM administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Marketo (or similar marketing automation platforms) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, segmentation, data governance, and marketing automation best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

A data-driven mindset, strong marketing technology expertise, and a passion for improving processes that help marketing and sales teams deliver measurable business results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
  • Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and sales processes, preferably within industrial or technology-focused organizations.
