About the Marketing Specialist (Maternity Cover) - Part-time:

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to help bring the MarketStar Bulgaria brand and culture to life.

You’ll take ownership of our local employer branding and social media presence, support engaging employee events, create eye-catching branded content, and lead local initiatives connected to the MarketStar Foundation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into great content, experiences, and campaigns.

Location: Sofia, Hybrid.

What will you do:

• •Be the main point of contact for employer branding initiatives in Bulgaria.
• •Manage our local social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram), creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.
• •Create branded materials, social media graphics, presentations, invitations, videos for social media, and event collateral using Canva, CapCut and other design tools that you find useful for this type of work.
• •Support the planning and delivery of internal events and employee engagement activities.
• •Coordinate with HR and other teams to showcase our culture, employees, and workplace initiatives.
• •Act as the main local point of contact for MarketStar Foundation activities, organizing volunteering, charity, and community events in Bulgaria.
• •Help promote Foundation initiatives and encourage employee participation.
• •Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen our employer brand.
• •Ensure content and materials are consistent with MarketStar's brand and communication standards.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

• •Previous experience managing social media accounts in a professional environment.
• •Hands-on experience with Canva, and/or similar design tools.
• •Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
• •A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and visual presentation.
• •Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• •A proactive approach and confidence taking ownership of projects from idea to delivery.
• •Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
• •Availability to work 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week in a hybrid setting.

Nice to Have:

• •Experience in employer branding, internal communications, events, or employee engagement.
• •Experience organizing volunteering, charity, or community initiatives.
• •Basic photo or video editing skills.
• •Familiarity with social media analytics and content planning tools.

Compensation range: 10,674.00 Euro Gross per year (part-time role)
