Mechanische Montage von Maschinenbaugruppen, hydraulischen und pneumatischen Systemen.

Installation und Anschluss von Hydraulikaggregaten, Ventilen, Zylindern, Schlauch- und Rohrleitungen.

Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen inkl. Einstellung von Druck-, Durchfluss- und Steuerparametern.

Funktionsprüfung und Dokumentation aller fluidtechnischen Komponenten.

Diagnose und Behebung von Störungen an hydraulischen/pneumatischen Anlagen.

Durchführung von vorbeugender Instandhaltung und systematischen Anlagenprüfungen.

Ausführung von Reparaturen, Austausch defekter Bauteile sowie Optimierung bestehender Systeme.

Analyse von Verschleißbildern und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

Koordination & Anleitung

Anleitung von Monteuren.

Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen auf der Baustelle oder in der Werkstatt.

Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen.
