### Ihre Hauptaufgaben und Tätigkeiten

Als Maschinenbediener (m/w/d) steuern und überwachen Sie unsere Produktionsmaschinen. Zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehören:

Bedienung & Überwachung:

  • Selbstständiges Bedienen, Bestücken und Anfahren der Produktionsanlagen nach Vorgabe.
  • Überwachung des laufenden Produktionsprozesses, um Stillstände zu vermeiden.

Materialversorgung:

  • Bestücken der Maschinen mit Rohstoffen, Bauteilen oder Verpackungsmaterial.
  • Entnahme und Sortierung der fertig produzierten Teile.

Qualitätskontrolle (Inprozesskontrolle):

  • Laufende Sicht- und Maßkontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke (z. B. mit Messschieber oder Lehren).
  • Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse (Qualitäts- und Stückzahlprotokolle).
  • Aussortieren von fehlerhaften Produkten (Ausschuss).

Störungsbeseitigung & Pflege:

  • Behebung kleinerer, einfacher Störungen im Ablauf.
  • Durchführung einfacher Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an den Maschinen nach Wartungsplan.
  • Meldung größerer technischer Defekte an die Instandhaltung.
