Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung und Einrichtung unserer modernen Produktions- und Zuschnittanlagen (z. B. Wasserstrahlschneidanlagen).
  • Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses sowie kontinuierliche Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Dichtungen und Bauteile.
  • Durchführung von Rüstvorgängen sowie die Auswahl der passenden Werkzeuge und Materialien (z. B. Elastomere, Kunststoffe).
  • Wartung, Pflege und kleine Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den zugewiesenen Maschinen zur Sicherung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit.
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung im täglichen Produktionsablauf.

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung oder Erfahrung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d), Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation. Quereinsteiger mit relevanter Erfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung sind ebenfalls willkommen.
  • Technisches Verständnis: Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich der CNC-gesteuerten Fertigung oder dem materialschonenden Zuschnitt.
  • Arbeitsweise: Zuverlässige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie handwerkliches Geschick.
  • Flexibilität: Teamfähigkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit bei der täglichen Arbeit in der Frühschicht.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse für Dokumentationen und Absprachen im Team.
