Day-to-day responsibilities:

• •Delivering an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers
• •Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence and ability to pivot as required
• •Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, compliant, and efficient way
• •Contribute to the overall store performance through providing an excellent customer experience

What success looks like in this role:

• •Can confidently deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with MECCA’S customer service standards
• •Can demonstrate strong product knowledge for MECCA’S hero brands and products
• •Ability to show an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• •Can work effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store
• •Experience with Apothecary brands, wellness categories or services.
• •An interest in nutrition, supplements or holistic wellbeing.
• •Qualifications or study in an allied health discipline.
• •Always upholding the MECCA values
