Unsere renommierte orthopädische Privatpraxis im Herzen von Kleve sucht ab sofort eine engagierte und freundliche Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA) (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit, die unser Team tatkräftig unterstützt.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patienten, sowohl telefonisch als auch persönlich
  • Vorbereitung und Assistenz bei orthopädischen Behandlungen und Untersuchungen
  • Organisation von Sprechstunden und Terminmanagement
  • Verwaltung der Patientendaten und elektronische Dokumentation
  • Durchführung von Blutentnahmen, Injektionen, Infusionen anlegen und anderen medizinischen Aufgaben
  • Vorbereitung von diagnostischen Untersuchungen wie Vermessungen und Ultraschall
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben in der Praxis
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im orthopädischen Bereich von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung Freundliches, empathisches Auftreten und Freude im Umgang mit Patienten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Kenntnisse in der Abrechnung nach GOÄ sind wünschenswert aber keine Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Voraussetzung Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, vor allem Outlook
