  • Fachgerechtes Ausbeinen, Zerlegen und Weiterverarbeiten von Fleisch nach hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Herstellung unserer Wurst- und Fleischspezialitäten nach traditionellen und modernen Rezepten
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität und Frische unserer Fleischlieferungen durch sorgfältige Prüfung und Kontrolle
  • Bedienung und Reinigung unserer Produktionsmaschinen, wie Kutter, Räucherofen, Wurstkessel und Wurstfüllmaschine
  • Sorgfältige Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien (HACCP), um die Qualität unserer Waren zu garantieren
  • Mitarbeit im Team und Unterstützung bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben in der Fleischproduktion
  • Profil
  • Leidenschaft für das Metzgerhandwerk und Interesse an Fleischverarbeitung
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Metzger (m/w/d) ist erforderlich
  • Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsmaschinen in der Fleischverarbeitung von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
