Field Sales Team(FS팀)은 채널톡 세일즈의 최전선 입니다.

세일즈 조직에 소속된 현장 중심의 세일즈 팀 으로, 고객과 가장 가까운 자리에서 채널톡의 가치를 직접 증명하며 신규 매출과 확장을 만들어내는 팀 입니다.

FS팀의 역할은 단순히 계약을 체결하는 데에 그치지 않습니다. 고객사의 비즈니스 구조와 문제를 깊이 이해하고, 채널톡이 왜 필요한지부터 어떻게 성공적으로 활용될 수 있는지까지 책임지며 세일즈를 진행합니다. 이를 통해 도입을 넘어 실제 성과로 이어질 수 있는 고품질의 매출 을 만들어내는 것이 목표입니다.

FS팀은 고객과의 밀도 높은 커뮤니케이션을 통해 문제를 정의하고, 채널톡이 실질적인 비즈니스 성과를 만들어낼 수 있도록 도입·활용·확장까지 이어지는 세일즈 를 실행합니다. 제품을 단순히 판매하는 것이 아니라, 고객의 상황에 맞는 최적의 활용 방식과 성장 시나리오를 함께 설계하는 문제 해결형 세일즈 를 지향합니다.

FS팀은 채널톡이 고객사의 ‘툴’이 아니라 일하는 방식의 일부로 자연스럽게 자리 잡도록 돕는 역할 을 하며, 고객의 성공을 통해 장기적인 확장과 관계를 만들어가는 팀입니다.
