### Deine Aufgaben im Team

  • Du übernimmst die Verwaltung, das Controlling und Reporting unserer Forderungen gegenüber unseren Kunden
  • Du kümmerst dich um das regelmäßige Mahnwesen und behältst offene Posten zuverlässig im Blick
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Bereichen Vertrieb und Consulting zusammen und fungierst als wichtige Schnittstelle
  • Du unterstützt das Team Auftragsbearbeitung in Moers, insbesondere bei der zeitnahen Berechnung unserer Dienstleistungen

### Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügst idealerweise über einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse im Forderungscontrolling, in der Buchhaltung oder Projektabrechnung mit
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du überzeugst mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
