Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich im Auftrag unseres Kunden in Ettlingen als Mitarbeiter Backoffice (m/w/d) in Direktvermittlung.

Dieses Profil bringst Du mit als Mitarbeiter Backoffice (m/w/d) in Direktvermittlung:

  • Büroerfahrung (Schriftverkehr, Kommunikation) und sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • IT-Erfahrungen (MS Office, idealerweise auch ein ERP-System) und Call-Center-Erfahrung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit KFZ-Teilen

Deine Aufgaben als Mitarbeiter Backoffice (m/w/d) in Direktvermittlung:

  • Du bist für die Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen zuständig
  • Dazu zählt auch die technische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei allen Fragen
  • Du pflegst unsere Bestandskunden und kümmerst Dich um das Reklamationsmanagement
