Wir suchen für das Motel-Inn zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

eine/n Mitarbeiter(m/w/d) für die Buchhaltung/Finanzbuchhaltung in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Aufgaben:

  • Kontrolle und Zuordnung von Kontobewegungen
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Überwachung offener Posten und Mahnwesen
  • Kassenkontrolle und Kassenabstimmung
  • Prüfung und Vorbereiten von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Je nach Erfahrung: Kontenabstimmung und vorbereitende Buchhaltung oder selbstständige Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in DATEV

Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Kenntnisse der vorbereitenden oder selbstständigen Finanzbuchhaltung
  • DATEV Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und gutes Zahlenverständnis
