Wir wachsen stetig, daher suchen wir Sie als Mitarbeiter in der Buchhaltung (m/w/d) für unseren Betrieb!

### Ihre Aufgaben

Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle (Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung) in Abstimmung mit unserem externen Steuerbüro
Prüfung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Gutschriften
Steuerung des täglichen Zahlungsverkehrs, Mahnwesen
Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
Erstellung und Pflege von Excel-Dateien zur Rückverfolgbarkeit
Archivwesen, Dokumentenmanagement
Allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten, Zuarbeit Geschäftsführung

### Unsere Anforderungen

Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
Zahlenaffinität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Verständnis für kaufmännische Strukturen
Grundkenntnisse in Englisch und SAP-Kenntnisse
Erfahrung mit DMS- und ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Spaß an neuen Herausforderungen
