Wir suchen Sie für unsere Tochtergesellschaft Osna-Trans in Osnabrück einen Mitarbeiter im Customer Service (m/w/d).

## Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Zentraler, kompetenter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für alle operativen Fragestellungen von Kunden und Partnern
  • Überwachung von Sendungen und Sicherung der Qualitätsansprüche
  • Systemseitige Abwicklung von Avisen / Tourenplanung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Support-Prozesse
  • Schnittstelle zwischen allen operativen HUB-Standorten und den Kunden

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Transport und Logistik oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
  • Hohes Kunden - und Servicebewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Softwareprogrammen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (In Wort und Schrift)
  • Gutes Kommunikations- und Organisationsvermögen
