Kunden begeistern: Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden, telefonisch und per Mail.

Service koordinieren : Du bearbeitest Service- und Supportanfragen rund um unsere Elektronikprodukte.

Systempflege: Du erfasst alle Daten zuverlässig im ERP-System

Alles im Blick : Du reparierst und bearbeitest Reparaturen, Reklamationen und Service

Mitgestalten: Du bringst Ideen ein und entwickelst unseren Kundenservice kontinuierlich weiter.

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme.

Know-how: Erste Erfahrung im Customer Service.

Digital Native *:* MS-Office und ERP-Systeme sind kein Neuland

Language: Sicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und Englischkenntnisse
