# Mitarbeiter Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung allgemeiner Hausmeistertätigkeiten auf dem Betriebsgelände
  • Planung der Instandhaltungsintervalle für das gesamte Gebäude
  • Kleinere Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Kontrolle von Gebäuden, technischen Einrichtungen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Koordination und Begleitung externer Handwerks- und Dienstleistungsfirmen
  • Unterstützung bei Umzügen, Aufbauarbeiten und sonstigen anfallenden Tätigkeiten

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, z. B. als Maler, Tischler, Schlosser, Elektriker oder vergleichbar, alternativ entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Office
