Wir sind Ihr kompetenter Ansprechpartner im Bereich der Personalüberlassung und Personalvermittlung. Im Rahmen unserer Personalüberlassung, arbeiten wir auf Basis des Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetzes. Zur Unterstützung unserer Kundenbetriebe aus nahezu allen Branchen, darunter zahlreiche Marktführer, suchen wir stetig neue Mitarbeiter/innen.

Mitarbeiter im Customer Service (m/w/d)

  • Wir suchen Sie
  • Für unseren Kunden in Bexbach suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen zuverlässigen und motivierten Mitarbeiter im Customer Service (m/w/d).
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Anliegen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kundendaten
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Vorgängen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Kundenservice
  • Ihr Profil
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Programm Ametras AS/400 sind zwingend notwendig
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
