## Mitarbeiter im Prüfservice-Innendienst-Schwerpunkt Einsatzplanung Prüfservicetechniker (m/w/d)

# Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination von Prüfservicedienstleistungen
  • Einsatzplanung der Prüfservice-Techniker
  • Verwaltung und Kontrolle von Stundenbelegen
  • Pflege und Betreuung des Service Portals
  • Telefonsupport und Kundenbetreuung zur Sicherstellung hoher Prüfservicequalität

#   Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Interesse für technische Themen
  • Selbstständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes und kundenorientiertes Handeln
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzfreude
