Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst / Backoffice.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Angebotskalkulation und -Erstellung.
  • Stammdatenpflege.
  • Organisation (Reisen, Flüge u.a.).
  • Messeorganisation.
  • Musterversand.
  • Erstellung von Exportdokumenten.
  • Umsatzmeldungen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Ein sicheres Gespür für den Umgang mit Kunden.
  • Sie sind ausdauernd, belastbar und stresserprobt.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Paket.
  • Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise in einem Team.
  • Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
