Mitarbeiter Immobilienfinanzierung mit Schwerpunkt Plattformgeschäft und Prolongationen (m/w/d)Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Abwicklung des Plattformgeschäfts inklusive Überprüfung der eingereichten Unterlagen und Plausibilisierung des Kreditantrages
  • Kreditbewilligung im Rahmen der eingeräumten Kompetenzen
  • Bearbeitung von Prolongationen
  • Kooperation und Zusammenarbeit mit der Marktfolge Aktiv
  • aktives Cross-Selling von Verbundprodukten und aktive Überleitung
  • Ansprechpartner für Plattformen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktbetreuer Aktivgeschäft
  • Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann/-frau und idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Bank-/Sparkassenfachwirt/in
  • Interesse für das Immobilienfinanzierungsgeschäft
  • fundierte Erfahrungen im Vertrieb von Bank- und Versicherungsprodukten
  • Kenntnisse im Aktivgeschäft
  • ausgeprägtes Ertrags- und Risikobewusstsein
  • eigenverantwortliche und motivierte Arbeitsweise um ihre Ziele nachhaltig zu erreichen
  • ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke und Lösungsorientierung
