Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für unsere Rezeption.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung von Patient*innen sowie* Besucher*innen*
  • Erteilung von Auskünften an Patient*innen,* Besucher*innen* und Mitarbeitende
  • Ansprechperson für alle Fragen rund um den Aufenthalt unserer Patient*innen* von der Aufnahme bis zur Entlassung unter Nutzung unseres Klinikverwaltungssystems
  • Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten
  • Telefonische Auskunftserteilung und Weiterleitung von Anfragen
  • Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Teamorientierte, aufgeschlossene, flexible und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Computeranwendungen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
